Battlegrounds Mobile India is a multiplayer ‘battle royale’ mobile game for Android, developed by Krafton specifically for the Indian market, but available to download for users in other countries. The project is essentially an adapted version of PUBG Mobile, tailored to regional requirements and restrictions, whilst retaining the key gameplay mechanics of the original — from parachuting onto the map to the intense struggle for survival amongst hundreds of players.
Gameplay
The essence of the game boils down to the classic formula: a hundred players are dropped from a plane onto a large map, gather weapons, equipment and medical supplies, and then fight for survival as the safe zone gradually shrinks. The winner is the last player or team remaining on the battlefield. Matches can be played solo, in pairs, or as part of a squad of up to four players. Each match lasts approximately 20–30 minutes, although much depends on the chosen tactics — aggressive or cautious.
