DMDE or DM Disk Editor - a program for Windows, designed to edit disk partitions and restore information. Can work with disks that are not available in the operating system.

In recovery mode, the utility performs a quick search for deleted and lost partitions or files. There is a heuristic search mode based on signatures and file system.
