AnyDesk is a comprehensive software solution that was designed to provide alternative means for obtaining remote access to a computer, that is, it allows you to work remotely with various files and documents.
Utility features
The utility has a very practical and understandable appearance, which makes it accessible to anyone, regardless of previous experience with such tools. The main menu of the program allows you to connect to another machine running AnyDesk by simply entering the appropriate address in the “Remote Desktop” field.
The purpose of the application is to help you connect to your home PC from work or vice versa. This allows you to easily access the documents that you need, when you want, without having to remove them from a secure hard drive. For this reason, there is no file transfer function in AnyDesk. However, the utility allows you to share the contents of the clipboard between two machines, which makes it possible to copy information from one PC and paste it on another. In addition, it is possible to take screenshots from a connected computer and save them on your desktop in PNG format.
AnyDesk supports automatic access, you can connect to the target computer without having to confirm from the other side. However, this will require a password that is needed to prevent unwanted access to the PC.
For each connection there is an adjustable set of access rights. You can enable or disable the ability to hear system sounds, lock the keyboard and mouse, or restrict access to the clipboard. It is possible to adjust the various parameters of the display.
In general, AnyDesk is a convenient and reliable program that can successfully assist you in connecting to other PCs remotely, allowing you to access and control the target computer with minimal effort.
