Altarsoft Video Capture is not just another software for creating video from the monitor screen. It is very easy to use, but at the same time it has a lot of settings.
Special features
Altarsoft Video Capture allows you to record not only from the monitor screen, but also from a webcam, game, website and any application. The resulting record can be saved in one of the formats:
- wmv;
- asf;
- avi.
The program's settings menu allows you to select a video device from which recording will be made, the compression level (compression is on by default, you can turn it off if you wish, but this will greatly increase the size of the source file), as well as adjust audio settings. Before you start recording video, you can adjust the levels of brightness, contrast, color (saturation, conversion, or discoloration). You can pause the recording or set to skip unnecessary frames.
Internet stream recording begins after a file is selected or a link is specified. In this recording mode, it is possible to pre-adjust the video quality. This feature is a key feature of the Altarsoft Video Capture program.
