Power Data Recovery is an application designed to recover lost information from hard drives and CDs, memory cards, CD / DVD, flash drives, Memory Stick and other storage media.
Important! After accidental deletion of data, it is highly recommended not to copy files to this disk! This may be the reason for overwriting the deleted data and the recovery procedure will take much time, but more often it will become impossible at all.
By default, all folders and files of the desktop, as well as the contents of the owner directory (Documents, Video, Photo, Audio, Downloads) are located on the system disk. For this reason, if the data is deleted from the system disk, Power Data Recovery needs to be downloaded, saved and run on another logical disk and vice versa, if the information is lost from the logical disk, the program should be saved and installed on the system disk or another free one.
The program is available only in English. The names of recovery modules are indicated by special icons. In total, Power Data Recovery provides five different modules:
- Detect any deleted files.
- Repair damaged partitions.
- Recover lost partition.
- Recover audio and video files.
- Recover data from CD / DVD CDs.
Data Recovery with Power Data Recovery
To recover lost data, you must perform three steps:
- choose one of five recovery modes;
- identify the storage medium and start its scanning;
- select the required files for the recovery procedure.
If the user does not know the exact file name, a preview is possible.
The application is compatible with 32 and 64 bit Windows operating systems.
